About Me
 
My practice is based on the belief that my customers' needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.
 
I have a satisfied number of regular clients, situated in and around Reading, including sports professionals, policemen, actors, businessmen / women and homemakers.
 
 I have a VTCT level 4 qualification in Sports Massage, VTCT level 3 qualifications in Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology, Fitness and Exercise Techniques, First Aid at Work qualification, YMCA level 2 in Exercise for Children, a Diploma in Hot Stones Therapy and a Diploma in Advanced Massage Techniques.
 
I am fully insured and a member of The Sports Massage Association, MHFST (Member of Holistic Federation of Sports Therapists) and CNHC (Complementary and Healthcare Council).
 
 
News Update
 
I have completed numerous marathons including Shakespeare Marathon 2001, New York Marathon 2005, Berlin Marathon 2007, Gloucester Marathon 2010 and the London Marathon ten times in the last eleven years with a personal best time of 3 hours 28 minutes in London this year.
 
 
This Summer I took part in the Olympic Distance Reading Triathlon in 3 hours and thoroughly enjoyed a varied training program throughout this Summer of open water swimming and road biking.
 
 
 
I completed the Tadley 10 miles in 71:04 and The Bupa Great South Run in October (in Fancy Dress) in 72:05 and next up is the Norwich Half Marathon at the end of November before the onslaught of Winter Marathon Training!
 
 
I take regular courses to keep my training up to date and in the last year I have updated my First Aid qualification, completed an Indian Head Massage course (to complement my back and shoulder massage) and have  completed the VTCT level 4 Advanced Sports Massage Diploma which I have been studying for for four months.
