News Update
I am delighted to be supporting the Child Bereavement UK charity with their marathon runners for Spring 2019 in their monthly newsletters.

I have completed numerous marathons including New York Marathon 2005, Berlin Marathon 2007, Jungfrau Mountain Marathon 2012, Nice 2014, Boston 2015, and the London Marathon 17 times in the last 18 years.
So far in 2018 I have completed a 50 mile ultra and four marathons including a couple of off road marathons.
2017 brought on the challenge of my first (and last!) Ironman Vichy, in France in August which meant I spent the entire year swimming, cycling and running. It was a fantastic day, 34 degrees, a non wetsuit 2.4 mile swim, a painful 112 mile bike and then a marathon on a very tired body! Crossing that finish line in 13 hours 2 minutes made it all worth it though.

2016 saw me complete my 25th marathon in April in London in fancy dress and the Summer brought open water swimming and cycling, completing the Reading Olympic distance triathlon in September and winning my age group Female over-40.
In 2015, I ran the Boston marathon in 3:26 and 6 days later completed the London marathon in 3:29. A sprint distamce triathlon, followed by Amsterdam marathon in the Autumn.
In 2014 I ran the London Marathon in April, Abingdon Marathon  in October then 3 weeks later the French Riviera Marathon in Nice in 3:28. I also competed in the Reading Olympic distance triathlon coming the first over-40 female.
In 2013 I achieved personal bests in both the Reading half marathon (89:06) and the London Marathon (3:19:39) and completed my first Half Ironman triathlon.
